I Believe...

I believe that each individual and team has the potential to grow and develop

I believe that everyone is unique and experiences the world in different ways

I believe that with determination, persistence, hard work and a supportive environment everyone can achieve what they are truly capable of achieving

I believe we should strive to balance learning from the past and planning for the future whilst performing in the present

I believe that we never stop learning

I believe that we should recognise each others strengths and build on each others weaknesses.

I believe that working together is more effective and more enjoyable than going it alone

I believe we waste too much time worrying about things we cannot control

I believe in staying open minded long enough to truly appreciate how different perspectives can teach us something new

I believe a slight change in perspective can create a large change in attitude

I believe we are free to choose our own behaviour

I believe it is ourselves – and only ourselves – who have responsibility for the choices we make

I believe there is always a ray of light

I believe you sometimes have to look in the darkest places to find that ray
